After a short stint at the respected London agency, Winkworth, Dominic joined forces with Kirsty Allsopp of Channel 4’s “Location, Location, Location” to set up a consultancy finding properties in and around London for private clients. Subsequently, Kirsty signed a contract with Channel 4 and Dominic set up D.S.Churchill in 2003. The business has grown steadily, moving into sales and establishing an office in Oxford.
Toby has worked with a variety of UK property firms in London since 1997, including the development and investment team at Jones Lang LaSalle. He brought his experience in investment and asset management within the London residential market to D.S.Churchill in 2009. He now handles buying for private clients and provides consultancy for overseas investors looking to invest in the London market.
Having been top of her game at one of London’s most successful lettings agency’s for over 8 years, Amy joined DS Churchill to set up the lettings side of the business with the majority of business starting from word of mouth and contacts she has secured over the years. Amy’s focus is to provide a personal and bespoke service in an efficient and trustworthy manner, using her extensive knowledge of the prime central London.
After over 8 years working at a top prime central London agency Serena has joined DS Churchill to manage the lettings side of the business. Using her comprehensive knowledge of Central London’s lettings market she has built up an extensive proven track record of winning business focusing on offering honest advice and an effective and professional service to both Landlords and applicants alike.
With over 14 years experience working in the Prime Central London Market, Fi handles all manner of Lettings administration. Using her extensive knowledge gathered over this time, she is able to help both Landlords and potential Tenants through the logistics of housing law and compliance. She can provide practical advice in an efficient, tailor made style to ensure the smoothest of moving experiences.
Natasha returned to the U.K. looking for new challenges, after managing and developing her own businesses overseas. Using the knowledge and experience she gained abroad, she joined D.S. Churchill in 2013 to manage all the administration side of the company. More recently she has taken over the management of D.S. Churchill’s Lettings portfolio, providing a tailored and discreet service to meet the individual needs of landlords and tenants.
Having qualified both as an accountant and civil engineer Arvind contributes uniquely to the D.S.Churchill team. Arvind started his career at Shield Group the real estate maintenance experts spending 5 years as group accountant before starting his own accountancy practice in 1996. Latterly becoming the managing accountant at D.S.Churchill.
After working for a niche firm in London, Warren founded Heron Financial in 2011 and his firm is responsible for in excess of £20 million of mortgage lending each month. Heron Financial have excellent relationships with High Street lenders and Private Banks in the UK and overseas and will secure the best terms available on the market for our Clients.
Nick Fenton of Fenton Associates based in London, runs an independent firm of charted surveyors with over 30 years experience in the commercial and residential property sectors. Having been associated with D.S.Churchill since it was founded; he provides detailed reports and advises clients before purchasing a property.
Amelia is based in the Cotswolds and has a detailed knowledge of local property markets across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. She works for D.S.Churchill on the search of country houses for private clients. Her knowledge and connections give clients a head start in gaining access to properties before they hit the open market. Prior to D.S.Churchill, Amelia worked in London for a financial public relations company for 8 years after studying English and Philosophy at Durham University.
